from about 9 am until 7 pm PST. If you get my answering machine, I try to answer
everyone within 24 to 48 hours.
The exceptions to this rule is that there are two
months that I try to sequester myself in order to
catch up, create new products, rest, finish one of 1000 home improvement
projects that I have in the wind,
take a short vacation...you get the idea! And the weekends are difficult since I
am on the road and involved in shows all over Southern California
So those months are currently January & July but
are subject to change. During that time the best way to
make sure you reach me is to use your e-mail, and it is always my preferred
contact venue,
which I will try and return your note as soon as I can. (Sorry, no real return
parameters during those times.)
For the moment I have no brick
and mortar location but I am casually looking to see what opportunities are
available.
The possibility is high that I will find one and will keep you posted as my
search unfolds.

Currently I accept checks
(held until they clear); Paypal, which is super easy, is attached to all the buy buttons throughout the site.
I can also accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover by phone or at
shows BUT please DO NOT send credit card numbers or other sensitive information
via e-mail.

I ship
just about everything First Class Mail. with insurance. This is economical for everyone and
normally delivered anywhere in the country in just a few days.
(especially for orders shipped within California, First Class is the best way to go.)
Any item with a value under $25 will automatically be shipped without
insurance unless you otherwise request it. Items over $25 incur the most current
insurance charge plus shipping fee.
Other larger items will
be shipped United States Postal Service Priority, UPS or FedEx (I am finding Fed Ex to be less expensive and effective) dependent only on what will be the most cost effective.

Outside the United States I only offer
shipping to Canada (please click here for

If you find that something doesn't fit, doesn't work out the way you had
thought, is the wrong color, what ever the case may be,
CALL, E-MAIL OR LET ME KNOW BY SENDING UP A FLARE!
I will be happy to make it better, adjust it to fit, or replace it for you.
I have clients that lovingly wear the silver plate from their jewelry pieces and
when they visit me in person I replace all the fixtures that are worn. They
leave with a bright and shiny piece that looks like new even several years after
they first purchased it.
That's the beauty of being a one women show. It allows me to take care of you,
the customer, as I would like to be taken care of myself.
If at this point the item still isn't working out we will figure out what to do together to make it right.
