Handpainted over a metal base this little Cat has folksy flowers atop a layer of blue. Very cute! Marked in very small lettering JAMES K. HALL.

Lettering is so small the name marked on back may be a letter off, I am honestly not sure. Cat shows some wear in the surface of the paint.
